Return Policy

We do not offer refunds unless an item is damaged or not what you ordered. If you receive a damaged item or your order is incorrect please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. Our email address is
Please also provide us with your order number when contacting us. If the item is damaged please include pictures of the box and damaged item(s) so we can file a claim with the carrier. Once we have reviewed everything we will issue you an RMA or replace the item(s). Please do not return anything to our warehouse without an RMA. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF WE HAVE NOT GIVEN YOU AN RMA NUMBER TO RETURN ITEMS TO US.

The following conditions must be met for returns:
  • We must be contacted within 72 hours of receiving your shipment.
  • If an RMA is issued you must return your item within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Personalized items may not be returned unless there is an error.
  • If the wrong size was ordered we will make an exception and allow you to return the item however, there will be a 20% restocking fee. You will be responsible for paying for the item to be shipped back to us. We will not reimburse any orders for shipping and handling fees. We also recommend sending us the tracking number for the item you are returning.
  • We do require photos of damaged items and the packaging before we will issue RMA's.
  • We will not issue RMA's for any items sold on clearance.
